A good breakfast surprise

The breakfast buffet was really good, with fresh fruits, hot dishes, and even a vegan section. The staff were courteous and attentive.

Location felt a bit sketchy at times, but I always felt safe walking around. The air conditioning wasn't as effective as expected.

Booked it for our trip and had a really really nice stay here.

The property was NICELY DESIGNED, offered practical and soundproof rooms. The service was very good with an early check-in. In addition, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient.

The hotel is pretty close to the central station and to the city centre. The neighbourhood could be nicer but we walked around at night without experiencing any problems.

The breakfast offered an really good variety, especially the vegan section. The surrounding area felt a bit unsafe.

The hotel is located close the Hamburg Central station, about 5 minutes walk. The first part of the street is a bit greasy, but the hotel itself is located fine. Pretty new and with an eye for design.

Breakfast is not included in the price. Internet is free, though, but only via a cable connection.

non smoking rooms smelt to cigarettes and the air conditioning of the inner located rooms made it impossible to sleep without earplugs

Ope, that breakfast was a real treat! So many choices, even a vegan corner-who knew? The room was nice and big, perfect for a family. Can't say enough about the staff. They were super friendly, like chatting with an old neighbor. Not much of a view from my window, though, just some brick wall peeking back at me.

Great town

Ordered a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room with an 'offer' to pay extra to get a non-smoking room. Customer service is therefore rated poorly Location is very interesting: a mixture of sex clubs and muslim community; very strange I would avoid this hotel, you can do so much better. Location and hotel staff do have a strong bearing on the enjoyment of a town, Hamburg is great and deserves to show you it's wonderful waterways and hisory.

The hotel was greatly designed and service was great. the location was good although the street is full of Erotic Bars and the like and makes you feel somewhat insecure.

I liked the modern and comfortable room layout, especially the open shower area. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly upon check-in. The hotel's cleanliness impressed me. The location was also very convenient for exploring Hamburg, close to the subway and within a decent distance from local attractions. Breakfast featured a solid variety, but I found the pricing a bit steep at 19 EUR per person. One of my major issues arose with the air conditioning. It didn't work properly, and despite staff offering two fans, it wasn't sufficient with the high humidity. That was disappointing, especially since I had splurged on a suite expecting better cooling. I reminded me of the hotel had a lot of potential, but fundamental amenities like air conditioning need serious attention.

Nice located but a few facilities

The hotel was comfortable and centrally located to Hamburg.Better inside than the exterior appearance might suggest. Helpful staff.
